직무 설명:
Lead brand planning and integrated marketing execution for automotive brands in Laos, aligning campaigns with sales, product, aftersales and customer priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual and quarterly brand plans covering positioning, audience, model priorities, launches, campaigns, budget, and KPIs.
- Translate OEM brand guidelines and campaign assets into locally relevant, accurate, and compliant execution for Laos.
- Align brand activity with stock availability, sales targets, customer segments, aftersales priorities, and product lifecycle.
- Approve brand briefs, messaging, creative concepts, content, activation plans, and post-campaign reports within delegated authority.
- Review brand health, competitive activity, customer insight, lead quality, conversion, and campaign return.
- Coordinate with Communication, Events, Digital, CRM, Sales, Product, and Aftersales to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage OEM marketing submissions, co-funding evidence, claims, approvals, and performance reporting.
- Develop brand executives through clear portfolios, coaching, product learning, and performance feedback.
- Use approved brand guidelines, consent rules, data controls, and campaign governance in all activities.
- Coordinate campaign calendars with sales, product, aftersales, and customer-experience priorities.
- Track activity, cost, reach, leads, conversion, and learning, and recommend improvements based on evidence.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience in the role's functional discipline.
- Relevant automotive, technical, digital, supply-chain, or professional certification is advantageous.
- Typically 6 or more years of relevant experience, including team, project, or process leadership.
- Practical experience in automotive retail/distribution or a comparable customer-facing operation.
- Track record of meeting functional targets and improving day-to-day execution.
