Job Description:
BCEL is hiring 2 contract Marketing Assistants at the Khammouane Branch.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market visits and set up product sales points;
- Present and sell BCEL products and services;
- Present BCEL products at various events and festivals;
- Participate in BCEL activities and assigned duties;
- Advise customers, listen to their needs, and provide after-sales service.
Requirements
- Male or female, age 20-30 (born between 1996 and 2006);
- Higher education or above in Marketing, Mass Communication, Finance and Banking, or a related field;
- Knowledge of at least one foreign language, such as English, Chinese, or Vietnamese;
- Good personality and interpersonal skills, with communication and product-presentation/sales skills;
- Knowledge of BCEL products and experience in public relations or sales, or experience creating product videos, will be specially considered.
Additional qualifications
- Lao nationality and good health;
- Honest, sociable, active and patient;
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, cooperative and able to work in a team;
- No intentional criminal offense under Lao law, no pending legal proceedings, and no prior dismissal from an organization;
- Able to work under pressure, be punctual and dedicated, and have a strong interest in marketing and selling banking products.
