Hiring a Collection Officer to join the KB KOLAO Leasing team, tracking and managing customer debt repayment while building good customer relationships.

The company began operations in February 2017 with 3 main products: Auto Loans Service, KB Lot Lot Lot (Second Hand Vehicle), and KB Car Cash Bag. Location: Kolao 02 (Alounmai Building), 7th Floor, 23 Singha Road, Nongbone Village, Xaysettha District, Vientiane Capital.
Position: Collection Officer
Responsible for tracking customer debt repayment, coordinating with customers with outstanding balances, and helping ensure debt collection stays on schedule.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Track and coordinate with customers who have overdue payments.
- Call and visit customers at their residence or relevant location.
- Explain and remind customers about outstanding balances and payment deadlines.
- Coordinate and advise customers to help ensure timely debt repayment.
- Conduct field collection according to plan and assigned cases.
- Record and update contact and collection results.
- Report collection status and follow-up results to the supervisor as scheduled.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Male or female, graduated with a Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree or above.
- Graduated in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Collection / Debt Collection / Finance.
- Good communication skills in Lao and English.
- Well acquainted with routes and areas in Vientiane Capital; knowledge of routes in other provinces is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Patient, responsible, enthusiastic, and able to work in the field.
- A Category AB driving license is required.
